Sterling Stay is a beautifully appointed home with a 4 bedroom 4 ½ bath main house and a separate 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabana house that includes a refrigerator, coffeemaker, and microwave. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and DVD player with cable. Refresh yourself from a day at the Destin beach with a dip in your own private 12’ X 24’ pool (beach and pool toys available). Gather around the pool deck area with plenty of chairs and chaise lounges for everyone. Fire up the grill in the backyard for an easy dinner or enjoy an array of culinary specialties at Destin’s many great restaurants just a short distance from your beach home. A great variety of shopping including the Destin Commons and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just a short distance away. Golfing, deep sea fishing, a water park, and amusement park, and a state-of-the-art movie theater are just a few amenities that the Destin area has to offer.

First Floor: Screened-in porch with casual dining area, living room with a 32” flat-screened TV and DVD player, queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, ½ bath walking in from the pool, full-size Maytag washer and dryer, king bedroom with private bath and porch area.
Second Floor: Master suite has with a king bed, private bath with Jacuzzi, balcony; another king bedroom with private bath and porch; bunk room with two twin bunks, and a full bath.
Third Floor: Loft with two porches facing east and west, teakwood table and four chairs, mini refrigerator.
Cabana House
Living room with queen sleeper sofa, TV with cable, kitchen area with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and sink, hall bath, and king bedroom with TV and DVD player.
